Oviedo smiles gives the best customer service along with the best dentists! I have been with them since March. I am on tv every week and had a situation happen where my filling came out and I needed one asap. Oviedo Smiles was able to take me right away the same day that I called. Eva was the one who set that up and Dr. Mattu was efficient and phenomenal. After that I set up a cleaning/check up where we discovered that I needed 2 crowns and an onlay. Unfortunately, it was a lot of money that i didn’t have even after my dental insurance. I just couldn’t afford it. In August, Eva called me and said that I was selected to get both of my crowns and onlay done for free as they volunteer once a year to give back to their patients on a Saturday in August where they come in on their day off to help people like me who can’t afford certain treatments. I was literally in tears after the phone call. Today I got the two crowns and onlay and even fixed my bonding in the front that had a small stain on it. I couldn’t be more grateful. Dr. Mattu did a phenomenal job and I am finally confident to smile showing my teeth again! Between Eva, Ashley, Nakita, and Dr. Mattu along with the rest of the very nice staff, I highly recommend this dentist office. They are honest, make sure you understand everything between price and the work you need done on your teeth, no hidden bills or fees, this is hands down the most organized and efficient dentist office I’ve ever been to. From front to back all staff is absolutely wonderful, every single person here. Thank God I picked this office so grateful for the care and love you all provide.

We have not even stepped foot inside this office yet, but I already feel comfortable. I have spoken to two different people on the phone, (unfortunately I don't remember the name of the young lady I spoke with on Wednesday, May 27th but she picked up the phone 5 minutes before they closed and talked to me without any kind of rush). Today I spoke with Hirum. Once again the customer service was on point and I was so very impressed with the attentive manner he spoke with me and helpful advice he gave. My son has two appointments coming up (first with dentist and then with endodontist) so more to come after that :0)
